Abhijit Bhattachargee is a senior development and humanitarian expert with twenty-three years of senior management and consultancy experience in international organisations in developing countries and transition economies. He specialises in programme strategy and development, resource mobilization, change management and leadership development of organisations to convert strategic thinking into real business results. Previously, he worked for Oxfam, Aga Khan Foundation and PLAN International in different countries in Asia, Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean and is currently a private consultant with RESULTS Matter.

Abhijit is Chairman of ICT`s Programmes Development Committee and his background and expertise in the international development sector, fund development and strategic planning will help ICT to develop its international profile.

Abhijit lives in Kent with his wife and children.
