Angela Buckland joined as ICT’s Finance & Admin. Officer at the beginning of the 2006/2007 financial year and has an extensive background working in the not-for-profit sector. She worked for four years in the finance department of Everychild, another INGO, which works to protect the rights of and offer opportunities to some of the world’s poorest children. She also continues to volunteer her time with Samaritans where she was Director of her local branch.
Angela has an extensive and varied background of administration and bookkeeping and has broad experience using professional accounting packages, including Quickbooks, to which ICT moved in 2006/2007. She brings great organisational skills to the ICT Team and administers the Child Sponsorship Programme.
