Eileen Mutanhu is a Master of Science in HR Development and a Master of Arts in Organisations and Social Change. She is a Training and Management Consultant, an HR generalist and a Social Change Agent with 15 years` experience in the voluntary sector. She draws her experience from working in a variety of capacities, including developing and delivering training, evaluating the effectiveness of training, developing and influencing policies, developing strategic plans, managing national and organisational projects and has experience of working in developing and developed countries.

Eileen was appointed as a Trustee and Policies and Procedures Specialist in January 2005. She plays a leading role on ICT`s Policies and Procedures Committee.

Eileen lives in Ilford and is a mother who has also raised several nieces and nephews.
