Bijoux is from a sales background and manages the recruitment and servicing for ICT`s Cycle Challenges and Child Sponsorship Scheme and assists the ED. 

Bijoux is extremely comfortable building relationships with ICT supporters on the telephone. It is out of those relationships that ICT is able to gain an understanding of how we can improve its Cycle Challenges and the Child Sponsorship Scheme. 

Bijoux brings enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a �lightness` to the office. She inspires the ICT Team to celebrate our victories when she rings her happy bell!
