William Courage has a post-graduate degree in business administration is a qualified accountant. William also has experience of living and working for 3 years with a multi-national company in East Africa. William subsequently has travelled extensively in Africa and has developed an interest the need for international childcare interventions, particularly for those who have lost parents to AIDS. William is currently Director of Finance at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn and has held a similar role at Richmond College, a multi-cultural degree-granting organisation with students from over 80 countries.

As ICT's Treasurer (appointed as Trustee and Treasurer, January 2005), William is supporting the ICT Administrator's work by recommending on issues such as an ICT Reserves Policy. William is also an active member of ICT's Fundraising Committee.

He lives in London with his wife and has 2 sons.
