ICT works with local partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Cambodia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. We need the help of companies to sustain existing projects and initiate new ones. You can give corporate support by:
- Grants: We have many projects which are looking for sponsorship from companies like yours;
- Donations: Making regular donations or an annual lump sum. Charitable donations by businesses attract tax relief as detailed in the Inland Revenue leaflet IR64, which can be downloaded from http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/home.htm;
- Event Fundraising: ICT can arrange bespoke challenges for your company - 30 of your employees could be cycling 400km across India together;
- Matched giving: Supporting employees in their fundraising e.g. matching the amount raised through sponsorship or fundraising event; and providing premises, refreshments or equipment for an event or activity to take place;
- Set up a payroll giving scheme: Establishing a Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme via payroll;
- 'Charity of the Year': Does your company have one? If so, it would be fantastic if you could nominate International Childcare Trust. This is a great way of giving something back and having fun in the process. Please think of us next time; and
- Team-building events: We can work with you to engage your employees in our charity events programme of treks, cycles, runs etc.
